These terms govern purchases on shophogo.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Seller

Products on this site are sold by ShopHogo, an independent online retailer. ShopHogo is not the TV manufacturer. Product names and model numbers refer to the physical product offered for sale.

Liquidation pricing

Items marked as liquidation are remaining stock from our ShopHogo online store, offered at a reduced price while supplies last. Compare-at prices reflect typical retail pricing for the model and are shown for reference only. Liquidation offers may end without notice when stock runs out.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in EUR and may be converted to your local currency at checkout.
• The price charged is the total shown at checkout, including any stated free shipping.
• Payment is collected at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards as shown on the checkout page.

Shipping

Free express shipping is included where available for eligible destinations, as stated on the product page. Delivery times are estimates and depend on your country and carrier service level. They are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

Returns and refunds

You may return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund, in line with applicable consumer laws. Contact support@shophogo.com to start a return. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Warranty

ShopHogo provides a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. This is in addition to any statutory consumer rights in your country. Manufacturer warranty coverage, if any, depends on the product and region. Contact us for details on your unit. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

Product condition

Liquidation units are new, unsold stock from our inventory unless otherwise stated on the product page. All items are inspected before shipment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopHogo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
